STC Holds Vaccine Clinic on Starr County Campus

Recently, a student in the STC Nursing and Allied Health Program vaccinates a guest at a vaccine clinic on the Pecan campus. Immunizations will now be administered at STC’s Starr County campus on Thursday, September 30 from 9 am to 1 pm in Building “H” of the Student Events Center.

The COVID-19 vaccines will be administered on Thursday, September 30 at the Starr County campus of South Texas College.

The vaccination clinic will be held in Building “H” of the Student Events Center, located at 142 FM 3167 in Rio Grande City from 9 am to 1 pm

The first and second doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, as well as the first dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, will be available.

Booster shots of the vaccine will also be available. The vaccine is free and open to students, faculty and staff who will register on the spot, according to a press release.

Students, faculty, and staff must present their STC ID. when you arrive at the vaccination clinic.
