SV is in the wind like never before. NATO membership and not least new possible rounds of government negotiations with the Støre government. The problem is that SV and the Center Party do not tolerate each other’s faces, at least not politically.
At the podcast Stavrum & Eikeland, acting SV leader Kirsti Bergstø is met with the following questions:
– Reminiscent of Downton Abbey and Bridgeton. You have to marry someone you do not like?
You can see the answer and the whole podcast here:
Bergstø is very critical of the proposed pay rise for politicians in the Storting of more than five per cent.
– It is a huge problem, a democratic problem that the distance between ordinary people’s income and the elected representatives’ allowances becomes so great, says Bergstø to Stavrum & Eikeland.
– The government is stupid
As a result of the war in Ukraine, one is experiencing sky-high energy prices for, among other things, oil and gas. Several hundred billion kroner extra flows into the treasury.
Should we, for example. taken half of the money we earn extra on the Ukraine war and give in aid to them?
– The government is not selfish, it is stupid, says Bergstø to Stavrum & Eikeland.
You can see the whole answer here:
At Stavrum & Eikeland, the disagreements between Sp and Ap on one side, and SV on the other; climate, taxes, oil, health and not least defense. She likes to be a boss, so Bergstø must also answer whether she does not think it’s okay for Audun Lysbakken to be away for a long time on paternity leave.
