Afghans can report until September 17

The outgoing cabinet gives needy Afghans until next Friday 17 September to report. Then a mailbox intended for this will close, ministers Kaag (Foreign Affairs), Bijleveld (Defence) and State Secretary Broekers (Justice) write to the House of Representatives.
