How is pursuing a course of study -Turkey vaccine?
” The relevant organization of our Ministry, TUBITAK, had a meeting with our scientists while this epidemic was on the border with China. There are 2 important details we developed last year. Especially at the vaccine development point. These institutions are working on how we can develop vaccines. We have 14 projects in total, 7 vaccines and 7 drugs. We asked our researchers to focus on what we will get the result in a short time like 9 months. We also created a portal, the work of our scientists is published here.
– You mentioned a target like 9 months. These are costly for us like the whole world. How much budget did you allocate?
There is a demand of 18 million lira from 14 researchers. We also provide this fund to researchers. We called them no obstacle in front of you. As long as our scientists get results.
15 APRIL DELIVERY IN LOCAL RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENT
There is a plan for delivering domestic breathing apparatus from April 15 onwards. There are also home-type or portable respirators. In Turkey, there are still entrepreneurs that we support them.
– Do we have enough masks?
Especially when it comes from the mask I did research on complaints, fabric production in Turkey has until now can produce 25 million masks. So where are these complaints coming from opportunists? There is no problem for our healthcare professionals right now. Over 10 million fines were imposed on 198 firms engaged in opportunism.
” PRODUCTION OF BASIC NEEDS WILL NEVER STOP ”
We are going through a very unpredictable process. But this is a process that we have to run dynamically. We see that orders are decreasing in world trade, we see companies that cannot find ships. Some of our companies have stopped production. But at the same time, our company increases production to resume production in Turkey as well. But we especially say that we will never stop production in critical materials.
HOW WILL THE SHORT WORK PAY WORK?
