Those who will accompany the funeral transfer (except for those who are 19) (up to 4 people), who have come to Istanbul in the last 5 days, but who do not have a place to stay and return to their settlements (those who came with them in 5 days with documents, information), Travel permit certificates will be issued by the ‘Travel Permit Boards’ to those who wish to complete their military service and return to their settlements, who are invited to a private or public daily contract, who are released from penal institutions, and who have expired 14-day quarantine / surveillance period in the dormitories where they settled.
Regarding the conditions required for receiving requests for travel permit documents, Yerlikaya noted:
“Alo 199 belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, e-application system of the Ministry of Interior, direct application procedures to the travel permit boards in the district governorships will be valid. Travel permit documents will be issued as one-way or departure / arrival from departure provinces. Up to 36 hours if travel permit documents will be issued for single departure. will be valid for up to 72 hours if it is to be arranged for departure and arrival purposes.Travel permit documents can be used for commercial vehicles with limited passenger capacity for private vehicles, and for commercial vehicles with a maximum of 20 passenger capacity with D2 passenger transport certificate, provided that the number of passengers does not exceed half the capacity. Travel permit documents issued for citizens aged 65 and over and those with chronic conditions to travel, will also be valid for entry / exit from restricted cities. ”
