Adana Demirspor President Murat Sancak made a statement after PFDK gave him a 3-month deprivation of rights and a total fine of 113 thousand liras.
Murat Sancak, in his statement, said, “While TFF filed a criminal complaint about seeking information about the Fetö structure, the fact that I was punished at this stage by revealing that I ‘insulted the referees’ confirms the rightness of my speeches. Likewise, this week’s match with Gaziantepspor; The appointment of an arbitrator to the arbitral tribunal from the injustice we have experienced as a community shows the power of the structuring,” he said.
Murat Sancak’s statement is as follows:
“As you know, I was referred to the disciplinary committee. It is not possible for me to accept the decision made by the disciplinary committee today. It is clear that all my criticisms and claims are related to the Fetö structure in the TFF and the continuation of this structure. It is within my statement that I have no other purpose in my discourses about the referees.
While the TFF filed a criminal complaint after seeking information about the Fetö organization, the fact that I was penalized at this stage by revealing that I “insulted the referees” confirms the justification of the purpose of my speeches. Likewise, our match with Gaziantepspor this week; The appointment of an Arbitrator to the arbitral committee, out of my criticisms and the injustice we have experienced as a community, shows the power of the structuring. (I am still witness to the existence of the managers within the Federation, whose determination and character I am sure of in the fight for Fetö.)
All necessary processes will be pursued legally, and this struggle will be continued by me as much as I can without hesitation. Justice is indispensable for all of us in this country.
I respectfully report to all football fans.”
