Chathannur: State Service Pensioners Council held a meeting in Chathannur constituency. The conference demanded timely release of benefits to the pensioners. The meeting was held at P. Ravindran Memorial Hall, Chatannoor and GS Jayalal MLA. Inaugurated. President M. Tahakunju presided.
The conference also demanded, through the resolution, sanction of amnesty relief arrears and pension reform arrears, restoration of statutory pension and remedying the defect in Medisep.
