1 °) Vol. 322 n ° 190. = From the fourth of April one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two. = Statement of mortgage claims, to serve as a renewal of an entry made at the mortgage office in Tarbes, August 4, 1854, vol. 247 n ° 141. For security of these claims, the sr Pierre Lauriau requires the renewal of the registration of the mortgage, resulting from the aforementioned obligation contract, on the immovable property that the said late François Pucheu-Lassus and Jeanne Sempé, married, owned at the time of the said obligation contract, in the territories of Seron, consisting of house, barn, soil, courtyard, garden, enclosure, arable land, meadow, wood, chestnut grove and touya moor. = The curator, signed: Monate.
2 °) Vol. 358 n ° 105. = From the twelfth of April one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six. Receivables statement for mortgage registration, resulting from an obligation contract. Made Suzanne Courties, widow of Mr. Jean-Pierre Rey, annuitant, residing in Pontacq, who elects domicile in the study of Mr.e Larré confessed to Tarbes. Requires. 1 ° Against Jeanne Sempé, widow of Sieur François Pucheu-Lassus, owner and housekeeper; 2 ° and against the sieur Pierre Pucheu-Lassus and Marie Trille known as Beroy, married; owner-cultivators, all residing and domiciled in Séron, canton of Ossun, mother, son and daughter-in-law.
By virtue of a contract dated March 30, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, received from Mr.e Peyrus, notary in Pontacq, containing joint and several obligation on the part of Jeanne Sempé widow of François Pucheu-Lassus, of Sieur Pierre Pucheu-Lassus and Marie Trille Beroy, these last two married, in favor of the lady Suzanne Courties widow Rey. For the following amounts, namely:
1 ° For the sum of five hundred francs forming the principal of the said obligation, due within one year from the date of the aforementioned deed, which contains it, here

2 ° For the interest of this sum for two years to come and that of the current year of which the law retains the rank, seventy-five francs, here

The registration of its special mortgage right; First: on the buildings that Jeanne Sempe widow Pucheu-Lassus owns in the town of Séron, consisting of house, barns, soil, courtyard, garden, enclosure, arable land, meadows, woods, chestnut groves, touyas, moor, pasture and Dependencies.
