Several conditions were set by the State Litigation Authority to accept applications for appointment to the position of assistant delegate for graduates of the faculties of law, Sharia, law, and police from the batches of 2023.
To be appointed to this position, the general conditions stipulated by law are required, in addition to the following:
1- His cumulative grade should not be less than good.
2- He must not be more than 30 years old on the date of publishing this announcement.
3- He must successfully pass all tests administered to him in this regard.
4- That he possesses the qualifications, authority and competence required to occupy that judicial position, according to what is estimated by the committee concerned with state issues.
5- His medical fitness must be proven according to medical analyzes and examinations from the competent medical authorities.
The documents required for submission are:
1- A copy of the national ID card with the original available for review.
2- A photocopy of the qualification certificate (Bachelor’s degree).
3- Original receipt of payment for the file.
Applications for appointment are registered through the website www.sla.gov.eg, during the period from Saturday, 11/11/2023 to 11/23/2023.
It is scheduled that the application file will be withdrawn from the headquarters of the State Cases Consultants Club, located: Abu Al-Fada Street – Zamalek – Cairo, in exchange for an amount of one thousand and two hundred Egyptian pounds, during the period from Saturday, corresponding to 4/11/2023 until the end of Thursday, corresponding to 16/ 11/2023.
Files must be submitted with complete originals of the required documents and documents. Applications submitted before or after the specified deadline or applications that do not meet the required conditions and documents will not be considered. All original documents and documents submitted in the file may not be refunded.
