“We hope that on Monday before next week, the federal judge who is in charge of the protections that have the delivery of the books suspended, will be resolving the incident and that the distribution of the books will be released,” declared De la Peña.
The official recalled that the suspension of the delivery of books is not a decision of the State Government, however, they will seek to ensure that it occurs in coordination again with the National Union of Education Workers in its two sections.

De la Peña Grajeda said that these meetings are part of the permanent direct contact that the Secretariat has with the educational sector, as part of a permanent dialogue to generate conditions that allow the school year to flow in the most natural and normal way possible.
The official stressed that so far 52 percent of the books have been delivered, so it is expected that the rest will be delivered soon. At this point he pointed out that the arrival of teaching materials by the federation continues, however, there is still no preliminary figure so the education area must be consulted in this regard.
If the resolution is positive for the delivery of the books, the state administration hopes that the current school year can now be carried out normally.
