The State Duma has fulfilled 80% of the plan to implement the message of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Of the 76 points, 62 were completed. This information was shared by the first vice-speaker of the chamber, head of the Duma working group on the implementation of the provisions of the President’s messages, Alexander Zhukov.
“Most of the plan for the implementation of the President’s message by the Duma in terms of legislative support has been completed – 62 points out of 76 have been executed,” said Alexander Zhukov in a conversation with reporters “Kommersant”. From the certificate on the implementation of the plan, which was also provided to journalists in the Duma, it follows that the remaining points are planned to be completed before the end of the year. Some of them have not yet been introduced by the government.
The State Duma said that plans were implemented to integrate new regions of Russia, as well as to support the participants in the special operation and their families. Among the points of the plan, which are still under consideration, there is a draft “On Employment in the Russian Federation.” Also, before the end of this year, it is planned to introduce several projects related to the improvement of higher education in Russia.
The message of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly was held on February 21. It was first appeal for two years. The head then stressed that the Russian Federation has everything to create conditions for the development of the country. The United Russia party became the author of almost half of the laws on participant support special operations in Ukraine.
