In virtual work session, The members of the Committee for Sustainable Territorial Development of the LXII Legislature approved the authorization to the State Executive for the disposal of 237 useless vehicles, out of 245 requested, through the modality of sale by public auction.
In addition, the authorization to the Salinas City Council, to donate a property of his property, in favor of the State Health Services, with an area of 8,273.06 m2, where the basic community hospital of that demarcation is built.

The session was chaired by the president of the Territorial Development Commission, Deputy Rolando Hervert Lara, Deputy Vice President Héctor Mauricio Ramírez Konishi, Deputy Secretary Sonia Mendoza Díaz, and Deputy Member Emmanuel Ramos Hernández.
It was explained that with regard to the first opinion on the Executive’s request to dispose of the 245 vehicles, it was determined that 8 did not meet the requirements established by the property law and therefore, it was determined not to authorize their sale. Meanwhile, the remaining 237 vehicles will be put up for sale through a public auction process where the date, time and place will be determined.
Regarding the request of the Salinas City Council to donate a property of its property, in favor of the State Health Services, the deputies determined that the provisions and requirements for its approval are met.
Finally, in general matters, the deputies of the Sustainable Territorial Development Commission, gave input to the request made by the Health Services to regularize and donate medical instruments, as well as furniture, devices and vehicles that will not be used, after it was equipped, to the “Los Hernández” hospital in the municipality of Villa de Ramos. This request will be analyzed and discussed shortly.
