Investigation underway
The State Committee for National Security has revealed systematic facts of the construction of multi-storey residential buildings in the territory of Jalal-Abad without the appropriate urban planning and permits, the agency’s press center reported.
It was established that the responsible persons of the Jalal-Abad regional department of the department of state architectural and construction control, as well as the Jalal-Abad regional department for urban planning and architecture, did not carry out state architectural and construction supervision to verify the compliance of the work performed with the requirements of technical regulations and design documentation in the process of construction of multi-storey buildings residential buildings.
Officials of the above authorized state bodies, in collusion with representatives of construction companies, allowed uncontrolled and unauthorized construction of facilities without positive conclusions from the examination of design estimates.
An investigation is underway.
