Directorate “National Construction Control” schedule State Acceptance Commission on the tram route along Tsar Boris Treti Blvd. from Buxton to Kniazhevo. This was reported by the Metropolitan Municipality.
Immediately after putting the site into operation tram traffic will be released to “Knyazevo” quarter.
Earlier, “Save Sofia” announced that it is expected the route to be put into operation between December 23rd and 28th.
We remind you that the repair of the tram route started in 2021 year in two stages.
The second stage of the repair on the route of tram number 5 started in early February 2023, and from tomorrow the activities enter the area of the intersection. The scope of the reconstruction includes the replacement of the railway track, the contact-cable network, street lighting, repair of the platforms at the stops, the roadway and the sidewalks.
