Monterrey.- The Ministry of Health of Nuevo León announced the opening of the registry for cross-border vaccination against covid for boys and girls 3 and 4 years of age.

Alma Rosa Marroquín, head of the health unit, explained that since they are very young children, the transfer modality will be by private vehicle.

“We started vaccination for children 3 and 4 years old, they can now register on our platform.

“It is a greater responsibility to take children of this age, that is why we ask fathers and mothers to take their children to be vaccinated,” explained the Secretary of Health.

This vaccination day will be held at the Colombia International Bridge, however, the authorities have not yet announced the dates on which the transfer will take place.

On the other hand, Alma Rosa Marroquín indicated that from this Thursday they can be registered on the page of vaccinasnl.mx/puentecolombia to receive confirmation of the appointment.

He added that it is important to receive confirmation and respect the day that the vaccine was due, since if attendance is not confirmed there will not be enough vaccines to cover children.

“They have to receive confirmation, because the vaccines have to be thawed to be able to be used, also if they register the children, take the responsibility to go, because if they do not show up for vaccination, these vaccines have to be discarded”, indicated the official.
