“There are 72 platforms e-commerce together with the government, they have provided it directly by themselves, namely a postage subsidy of up to IDR 20,000. This is already running, “Lutfi said in a press conference on Wednesday (5/5/2021).
Lutfi said the campaign to be proud of this local product would last until May 13, 2021.
Initially, the government will bear the free shipping provided by e-commerce. However, the online shopping platform seems to want to work together with the government to provide free shipping. This aims to increase people’s purchasing power.
“You can directly access it on the main page. It has been written that there are several Indonesian products that are given free shipping up to Rp. 20,000, plus other discounts to spur economic growth,” Lutfi said.
Lutfi continued, the government is targeting the purchase of local products to be massive with this program. For this reason, his party helps e-commerce campaign for programs so that all people know.
“So the government will participate in disseminating the national movement, ensuring everyone is aware of the online shopping program. Today the kick off program starts at 18.30 WIB until 13 (May 2021),” Lutfi concluded.
