Altenstadt (red). VfL Altenstadt offers a new sports program specifically for girls aged 13 to 17: the teen gymnastics group. From now on, anyone interested has the chance to exercise in a cool group, improve their fitness and have a lot of fun. With varied exercises in the areas of gymnastics, gymnastics and other sports, everyone will get their money’s worth here – regardless of whether they are a beginner or already experienced in sports, those responsible promise.
“We want to offer the girls training in which they can not only strengthen their bodies, but also make new friends,” says Maika Janat-Vennemann, VfL press officer and trainer of the teen gymnastics group. »The training is designed in such a way that each participant can discover their own strengths while at the same time working together as a team.«
In the new group, the participants can expect varied units that offer much more than just classic gymnastics. Whether coordination, strength or endurance – there is something for everyone here. But the fun isn’t neglected either: the training is designed so that you can exchange ideas with other participants and motivate each other.
Arrange a trial lesson
»We attach great importance to the fact that everyone can try out and develop themselves, without any pressure. “It’s all about training together and supporting each other,” emphasizes Janat-Vennemann.
The teen gymnastics group starts next Monday, November 11th, and you can easily try out the first unit for free. In the future, the group will meet every Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Altenstadthalle, Vogelsbergstrasse 42, in Altenstadt. If you would like to arrange a trial training session, you can contact trainer Maika Janat-Vennemann directly at the email address info@vfl-altenstadt.de or at the mobile number 0176/73208204.
