In a housing project, committed people come together to purchase a piece of land, possibly under leasehold, in order to plan, build and live in apartments themselves. Anyone who would like to realize such a residential project themselves can find out more about it on Tuesday, October 22nd, from 5 p.m. at PlanTreff, the urban development platform at Blumenstrasse 31. The Munich Co-Building Center and representatives of the city administration will present the different legal forms, advice options, perspectives for interested parties aged 55 and over as well as upcoming tenders for land for cooperatives in short lectures. Immediately afterwards, from 7 p.m. under the motto “Conversation with founders,” successful founders will report on their motivation, experiences and challenges in setting up and implementing a housing project in a panel discussion.
Further information and registration options can be found at muenchen.de/plantreff.
Entry is free. The PlanTreff is wheelchair accessible and there is a barrier-free toilet. The number of participants is limited.
