JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Check balances and cash withdrawals from state bank accounts, namely BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and BTN at ATMs with the LINK logo, will be charged rates starting June 1, 2021.
The four Himbara banks changed their policy on transaction fees at LINK ATMs for the benefit of customers.
“In order to support the convenience of customers in transactions, every transaction to Check Balance and Cash Withdrawals from BNI cards at Bank Himbara ATMs (Mandiri, BRI and BTN) or ATMs with ATM LINK displays *) will be charged a fee,” said the announcement on the website. bni.co.id.
Similar announcements were also seen on the official websites of BRI, Mandiri and BTN. This fee change will take effect forever.
“This administrative fee is effective starting from June 1, 2021 onwards until any changes at a later date,” wrote the BNI.
With this change, checking balances will now be subject to a fee of IDR 2,500 per transaction, while cash withdrawals will be subject to a fee of IDR 5,000 per transaction. Both types of transactions were previously free.
