TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Bank Central Asia or BCA enacted a new policy for operating hours at its branch offices throughout Indonesia following the soaring rate of the spread of Covid-19. As of Friday 2 July 2021, BCA branch offices throughout Indonesia will operate until 14:00 local time.
“As a measure to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic, BCA expresses full support for the policies of the central and local governments, regulators, and banking authorities in order to break the chain of the Covid-19 pandemic,” said Executive Vice President Secretariat & Corporate Communication BCA Hera F. statement, Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
Previously, BCA had also decided to partially close branch office in Jabodetabek starting June 28, 2021. Hera said customers who need BCA services can use the #BankingFromHome feature.
