The ten suspects raped junior high school students on Sunday (11/10) night to Monday (12/10), when the victim was about to refuel oil for his motorcycle.
SuaraJatim.id – Junior high school student at Buleleng Regency, Bali, was the victim of rape in turn by 10 men. As many as 7 perpetrators are still minors.
The ten men were now named suspects after being arrested on Monday (26/10) by the local police.
“But only three of the perpetrators can be arrested. Because the other seven perpetrators are still minors,” said Buleleng Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner Made Sinar Subawa in an official statement on Saturday (31/10/2020).
The three suspects arrested include Gede Putra Ariawan alias Wawan, a 19 year old young man from Alasanger Village, Buleleng District.
The other two are Arya Gunawan alias Berit (22), a resident of Panarungan, and Putu Rudi Ariawan (19), also a resident of Penarungan.
Meanwhile, the seven suspects who were not detained because they were minors were GA, E, S, GP, KD, KJ, and T.
“Yes, they are still underage, the average age is 15 to 17 years,” said the police chief.
However, the police chief confirmed that the seven underage suspects were still prosecuted according to their actions.
He said that the ten suspects raped junior high school students from Sunday (11/10) night to Monday (12/10), when the victim was about to refuel oil for his motorcycle.
At that time, the victim said goodbye to the household to go to a friend’s house to do assignments from school.
