We are currently adapting glasses for special activities, such as contrast-enhancing lenses for computer work, 100% UV protection lenses for sports activities in the mountains or many personal settings for the new progressive lenses that allow you to optimally master your daily requirements. This is why personal and detailed advice is so important to us. You will notice the difference.
Eye examination
It is the basis of our work and our strength! Only through a thorough examination and measurement of your eyes can an individual solution for your eyes be found.
Whether you are driving a car, reading books or watching a screen, playing your favorite sport or a special hobby, we will help you to see perfectly again.
We determine your exact visual acuity through a series of different vision tests. We pay particular attention to your lifestyle so that you feel comfortable with your new glasses.
Is close vision more important, or does distance vision take priority? Does the customer’s job require a specific type of vision, or does the customer play a sport where a special correction is beneficial? Only when all of these very personal parameters have been determined does Armin Bauer develop the right visual aid for each customer.
Own workshop
As a genuine craft business, we are proud to manufacture your glasses in our own workshop. We receive the raw glasses, so-called “blanks”, from our glass manufacturers and grind them in shape and size exactly into the corresponding spectacle frame This way we can guarantee that your order will be carried out professionally and, above all, that you will see better with your new glasses.
We are also able to carry out repairs on your existing glasses. Whether in the course of a Soldering your broken metal frameat a Cementing plastic glasses or the exact adjustment and alignment of bent or ill-fitting glasses frames, you have come to the right place.
Heimbrillenservice
For us, responding to customer needs also includes looking after our customers with limited mobility. We pack up their laptop and measuring devices and visit them at their home to carry out the eye test on site and advise them personally. Our Austrian, German and Italian Manufacturer meet these characteristics and we guarantee our customers a high quality of service. Our service is very important to us! Domestic providers include Silhouette, Adidas and Johann von Goiserna colorful collection made of high quality acetate material. A purely Italian production is our vibrant titanium collection Black Fin. Light and creative with a distinctly Italian design. We also enjoy working with wood. Our wooden glasses from Kerbholz from the Cologne-based Vierfreunde GmbH forge impresses with its modern design and cool look.
