Entrepreneur David Melichar wants to take out the rest of the papermaking with his start-up Aptiench and get rid of all the records. The office software developed by the Aptien team helps companies and their employees work hard for days. The project, with which Melichar fulfills more success abroad, has now attracted the attention of J&T Ventures. He will pour a million crowns into the finish line.
But in order to break through the technology business, the entrepreneur first had to leave his own consulting firm and set out to experience the kind of Atlantic experience. As a freelance company, Melichar started the start-up under the name OneSoft Connect in 2014, when he went to America for the second time. Two years before that, he was there with the support of the CzechInvest government agency. In the heart of global software development in Silicon Valley, California, he spent half a year as one of the selected start-ups in the American FounderSpace accelerator. The original name OneSoft Connect was issued by Aptien, the main reason being the increasing risk of the first dispute over the character. The name OneSoft was used by several existing companies, and there was also a problem of market leadership due to full expansion.
