Start Menu from Windows 7 on Windows 10?

The good Windows Start Menu has undergone many changes. Although many of them have positively influenced the handling of popular pop-ups, some people still miss the old solutions.

Fortunately for them, there is quite a simple way to restore the Start Menu known from Windows 7. More importantly – this method does not require digging into hidden files, threatening to damage the computer, editing the registry, or installing a lot of strange stylistic extensions. Ba – we don’t even need to have the skills of the greatest hackers.

So how to do it?

In order to change the entire appearance of the Start Menu, download a copy of Open Shell. This is free software previously known as Classic Shell. The name already clearly indicates that thanks to it we can restore the “classic” look.

Then we install the application. After launching it, we will see quite a nice and intuitive interface, allowing you to choose any style of the Start Menu. Interestingly, the program even offers the option of replacing the standard Start button with an image of our choice.

In addition, Open Shell also includes a lot of other settings, thanks to which we will adjust the start bar to our personal preferences.
