By mid-summer, celebrities like David Beckham and Eddie Redmayne are expected to read chapters from the first volume of the series every week. It all starts with Daniel Radcliffe, who played the young magician in the films.
With magician stories through the Corona period: author J.K. Rowling has a number of stars read from the first part of their Harry Potter novels. Among others, actors Eddie Redmayne (“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”), ex-football professional David Beckham and writer Stephen Fry will feature chapters from “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”.
That was announced by Rowling and the streaming service Spotify on Tuesday. Appropriately, the start of the “Harry Potter At Home” project was made on Tuesday by Potter actors Daniel Radcliffe.
“Some very lovable people have done something wonderful,” Rowling wrote on Twitter for the announcement. According to Spotify, a new recording should be uploaded every week until the entire book is told by mid-summer. The chapters will be available on Spotify and also on the media company’s website related to the Harry Potter volumes, Wizarding World.
