Ukrainian tennis player Julia Starodubtsevawhich does not have a WTA rating, won the ITF W25 tournament in Spring (USA).
In the match for the title, the 23-year-old Ukrainian broke the resistance of American Maria Mateas (No. 430 WTA) in three sets.

Prior to this tournament, Starodubtseva only once reached the quarterfinals at ITF tournaments. In 2016, these were competitions in Chisinau.
Julia hasn’t competed at a professional level since 2019, playing for a varsity team in the American Collegiate League.
Note that at this tournament Starodubtseva also played in the doubles final, but lost there.
