Two “space trains” flew over Poland. Starlink satellites – because we are talking about them – were visible, among others, in Wielkopolska and in the Łódź region. However, the Starlinek observations were not the easiest ones.

Another series of Starlink satellites by SpaceX flew over Poland at night from Saturday to Sunday.

As Karol Wójcicki, the author of the blog “With his head in the stars” previously informed, the latest batch of satellites was launched late Friday evening by the Falcon 9 rocket. Two flights could be observed just before 9pm and around 10.30pm.

Observations were not easy
It happens more and more often that Starlinek’s observations are made more difficult. As noted by Wójcicki, satellites have been visible for several months only in the first day after take-off.
–
“Later, their brightness drops sharply, and their spotting becomes extremely difficult or often even impossible. This is probably related to the new sun visors, which are SpaceX’s response to the requirements of the astronomical community around the world” – said the expert.

The weather also has a huge impact on admiring the “space train”. This time part of the country was overcast, which made observations difficult or even impossible. However, a few lucky ones managed to capture the Starlinek flight.
