HBC Nantes formalized this morning its recruitment for next season. With a little surprise as a bonus.
The vast majority of recruits who will come to reinforce the workforce led by Alberto Entrerrios had already fled here and there. The Nantes club formalized their names this morning in a press release. Russian left-back Alexander Shkurinskiy, who until then wore the colors of Meshkov Brest, and the right-back Linus Persson, Ivryen since 2018, have both signed for two seasons, as has the Portuguese international right winger Pedro Portela. The 31-year-old left-hander has been playing for Tremblay in France since 2018.
The Spanish pivot Ruben Marchan has signed a contract for the next three seasons. At 26, the Leon player took part in his first major competition with the Spanish team in January.
Finally, it is in the goals that the H announced their surprise recruit this morning. While the Nantes leaders have already recruited the young Icelandic international Viktor Hallgrimsson for 2022, they tried to bring him in a year earlier, to compensate for the departure of Cyril Dumoulin to Tremblay. But the case could not be concluded, leaving Nantes in the obligation to find a freelance writer for a season. This is Mickaël Robin, a very young retiree, who will finally come to help the club to be Emil Nielsen’s understudy.
At 36, the one who wore the colors of US Créteil since 2016 had decided to end his career a few days ago.
