Starfield may be one of Bethesda’s cleanest RPGs at launch, but that hasn’t stopped the occasional bug from popping up. A player discovered a harmless bug that caused the player’s ship to be pursued by a small asteroid.
We knew you could walk on asteroids in Starfield, but now we know you can also get an asteroid as a sort of strange companion. Reddit user ReverendRoo has shared photos of the insect online, and it sure looks like a cute companion.
In the comments section of ReverendRoo’s post, other users shared similar experiences, with one of them even claiming that a series of rocks followed their ship. If you want your own pet egg, apparently the bug is triggered when you blow up asteroids, so just keep an eye out.
