Stardew Valley: Next update will offer “lots of new content” and will be free again

Whether it’s snow, pandemic stories or simply the constant stress of social life, all the good reasons to escape for a few hours in the world of Stardew Valley.

And eventually, we will even be entitled to one more motivation: a brand new update from the valiant developer of the farm simulation, ConcernedApe.

Highlighting the fourth anniversary of Stardew Valley (already!) on Twitter, creator Eric Barone mentioned that version 1.5 of the title was on the way, while the previous update was finally available on all platforms.

Interestingly, ConcernedApe said in another tweet that the next version of the game would bring “a lot of new content” and that it would be free once again.

Note that although the numeric designation “1.5” may seem to indicate a minimal update, Barone is used to not skimp on improvements and other additions from version to version.

In edition 1.4 of Stardew Valley, released last fall, the developer had spoiled fans with more than 60 items, romantic events, artificial ponds, new aesthetic elements, monsters and additional music.

Now we bet that version 1.5 will once again change the face of the title … for the better, of course!

In addition to updating Stardew Valley, let’s remember that ConcernedApe is also currently working on two new games inspired by the universe of his first success.
