Starbucks has been running a strong campaign for some time that is aligned with the company’s values. Campaigns in favor of LGTBQ rights, climate change or Black Live Matters.

It’s these posts that overwhelm the company’s networking experts. Which are found with thousands of hate messages of a conservative nature and it is impossible for them to moderate them all.
