Putting together a sensible deck from these cards seems unlikely. A deck consists of a leader, a base and at least 50 cards. Fantasy Flight Games recommends putting together a deck of 30-40 units and 10-20 events.
When putting it together, the aspects of the cards must be taken into account in order to get a sensible deck. There are the aspects of vigilance, aggression, heroism, command, sophistication and villainy. Some particularly strong cards even require two aspects at the same time.
