As every year since 2011, the unofficial holiday called “Star Wars” Day was celebrated on May 4th this year. There was one to celebrate first wee glimpse of Darth Vader in the new trailer to the “Disney Plus” series Obi-Wan Kenobi, which launches on May 27, 2022. Equally fitting for gamers have become this special day Razer and Xbox once again teamed up to launch controllers with a special “Star Wars” theme.
Razer launches a Stormtrooper controller
After Razer and Xbox have included controllers in the past Boba Fett- and Mandalorian-Thematik have released, the latest piece of gaming hardware for this year has been shaped by the signature look of the Stormtrooper inspired by the Empire.
The result is a controller that looks like a Stormtrooper helmet, faithfully finished in gray, black, and white. Complementing the controller is a fast-charging dock that comes in similar colors, reminding the user that this accessory is in the service of the Empire.

The players can expect the same hardware as in the Xbox Wireless Controller. Razer promises here too Impulse Analog Triggersthat vibrate when playing and are sensitive to pressure, textured surfaces and a Quick-Charge-System, which is designed to charge your controller in under three hours. In addition, the controller works with the Xbox Series X|S and all Xbox One-Modellenas well as using a separately available wireless adapter also on the PC with Windows 10 and Mac.
