Serial Star Wars: The Bad Batch is in full swing on streaming service Disney+ and appears to occasionally reveal new details about the franchise. In the most recent series, we learn a few things about Boba Fett.
First of all, we warn you about spoilers. This article gives away the punch line of the most recent episode of Star Wars: The Bad Batch.
Big Revelations
In the series Star Wars: The Bad Batch we see how the clones, ‘the Bad Batch’, try to protect a young clone. Her name is Omega and turns out to be a “pure genetic replication” of Jango Fett. She was made with “pure, first generation DNA”.
The planet Kamino tries to use Omega as a source of Jango Fett’s DNA, in order to remain relevant to the Empire.
Interestingly, that makes it clear that Boba Fett and Omega are technically brother and sister. We didn’t know that yet. And we also didn’t know that Jango first gave his ‘son’ another name, namely Alpha.
It is clear that Lucasfilm is building something even bigger with this series. Perhaps a new army of clones is secretly being made somewhere?
