Aspyr has released a new update for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic IIwhich fixes the groundbreaking bug discovered upon its release.
Aside from this particular bug, the patch also fixes several other issues that were also causing the game to crash. You can view a summary To update below, via Aspyr:
- Fixed a crash that occurred after certain cutscenes (e.g. basilisk scene on Onderon)
- Fixed an issue where the game would crash at certain mid/late saves. (Dantooine, Korriban)
- Fixed an issue where players could get stuck in a loading screen loop when Sith Troopers boarded the Ebon Hawk on Peragus
Players who own the game may want to download the update as soon as possible to avoid these issues.
