Four months after the last major Star Wars Jedi Survivor update, the team at Respawn Entertainment returns to the Star Wars galaxy far, far away to tell us that they’ve released another patch on both PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S .
The eighth patch allows players to experience an even more accessible adventure thanks to a variety of features introduced by the Californian developers, as well as optimizations, bug resolutions and glitches reported by the community.
After installing Patch 8, Star Wars Jedi Survivor players will have access to a new high-contrast mode and audio feature that both passively and actively sounds the environment to give players the ability to echolocate objects and interactive elements in the hero’s vicinity.
In terms of accessibility, Patch 8 includes additional settings for a mode that allows users to slow down gameplay with settings ranging from 30% to 75% of normal speed.
The update also includes numerous performance and stability fixes across all platforms.
