Quantic Dream is working on the new action adventure Star Wars Eclipse, which is still in its early stages.

After a few speculations and rumors about it, Quantic Dream has now officially announced its Star Wars game. It’s called Star Wars Eclipse and, according to the studio, is in the early stages of development.
At the same time, the studio describes it as its “most ambitious project to date”.
The High Republic
The setting of the game is the era of the High Republic, the title is supposed to combine “action gameplay with a complex, branched story typical of Quantic Dream”.
In this golden age of the Jedi, you will find yourself in an as yet unexplored region of the Outer Rim.

“As is typical for Quantic Dream, the game will come up with a deep and complex story, but in terms of gameplay it will go beyond the previous successful titles,” it says. “At the center of the action will be the choices made by the player (s), each of which can have a dramatic impact on the course of the story.”
Each character in the game is said to have specific skills and to pursue their own goals.
The game is currently being developed in Paris and Montreal. A release date is currently not known. It definitely sounds like it might take a few more years.
