Into space, but extremely short

Space begins at 100 km above the Earth, at the so-called Kármán line. The passengers of Blue Origin’s space flights barely make it above that. These flights are also called suborbital flights and the passengers are therefore officially considered to be space travelers. During the flight of just over ten minutes, the astronauts experience weightlessness for about three minutes and can see the bulge of the earth well.

For less wealthy or lesser-known people, there is no way to go into space for the time being. But to see the curvature of the Earth, consumers don’t need to book a space flight. Klompe: “You only have to look out your window when you go by plane. Only then it is of course less noticeable than with such a space flight.”
