The competition begins! Last week, the Star Academy made its big return to TF1 for a new season which promises to be full of new features and twists. If the first bonus allowed viewers to discover the 15 new candidates of the program, the competition is now likely to intensify! In fact, a student will leave the adventure at the end of the next bonus. This week, the public will have to choose between Paul, Maylis and Thomas.
Star Academy 2024: several duets with artists on the bonus program for Saturday October 19!
If the fate of the three nominees remains uncertain, one thing is certain: the schedule for the next bonus is busy! This Saturday, October 19, 2024, several renowned artists will take the stage of the Star Academy to perform alongside the program’s candidates. Jean-Louis Aubert will notably perform his title Alter Ego with Emma, then her song called It’s really you with Ulysses. Joseph Kamel will sing his title in duet with Masseo The one who leaveswhile Grand Corps Malade will perform on the title But I love you alongside Maïa. Finally, the coveted duet with British artist Rag’n’Bone Man was awarded to Ebony. The young woman will therefore perform the hit Human alongside the singer. The three nominees, for their part, are deprived of a duo. They will, however, have the opportunity to defend their place by each performing a title: Paul will sing Mistral Winner by Renaud, Thomas will perform Thousands of I love you by Slimane while Maylis will perform on the title Escapism by Raye.
Collegiate school, medleys…: the bonus on Saturday October 19 promises to be intense!
But that’s not all! The students will offer several highlights, notably performing a collegiate song on the title When I was your man by Bruno Mars. During the evening, three duets will also take place: Marguerite and Franck will perform Fireworks by Calogero, Maureen and Marine will sing Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus while Julie and Charles will perform The old newlyweds by Michel Sardou. At the same time, the students will perform several medleys on titles like Wanna Be des Spice Girls, YMCA Village People and Waterloo from ABBA. And as tradition dictates, the show will begin with the anthem of their season, the title Start me again of Santa.
