Stanislav Belkovsky Reveals Putin’s Potential Strategy for Control over Ukraine

Political strategist Stanislav Belkovsky voiced one of the ways Putin can achieve control over Ukraine.

It is unlikely that it will be possible to force official Kyiv to obey the head of the Kremlin by military means, but he can still try to do this in another way, Stanislav Belkovsky suggested. The political strategist described a situation where Putin might have a chance to take control of Ukraine through non-military means, but these are more likely groundless hopes than a real possibility.

Stanislav Belkovsky’s interview can be viewed on the channel YouTube.

The Russian publicist expressed his point of view about Putin’s goals for today: “The secondary goal, of course, is control over Ukraine. This is important for Putin, and he will not back down, especially since in his understanding he has eternity left and he can still be in power for a very, very long time.”.

Then the political strategist emphasized an important nuance: “In addition, he is in an information bubble that does not coincide with reality at all, because people like Viktor Medvedchuk or Mykola Azarov assure him that in general two-thirds of Ukraine are for him and it’s just the United States, with the help of the “Nazi regime,” who is not giving Zelensky the majority of the Ukrainian people to realize their real intentions”.

Stanislav Belkovsky voiced one of Putin’s misconceptions, which arose due to the lack of reliable information about the situation in Ukraine: “If managerial and political chaos sets in in Ukraine, coupled with failures on the fronts, as well as with the deterioration of Zelensky’s relations with the United States, which we are actually seeing to some extent, although not to a critical extent, in my opinion, then the Ukrainian people will breathe a full sigh chest, will choose some pro-Russian president, thereby ending the war, and Putin will de facto take control of Ukraine”.

Earlier, Belkovsky explained why the West is in no hurry to put an end to Putin.

Let us recall that Belkovsky named two versions of the UAV strike on the Kremlin.
