Traffic congestion has returned to pre-pandemic levels in the world’s cities in 2022. After a short break during the Corona crisis, the traffic jams are back and bigger than ever. This is the result of the Global Traffic Scorecard published by the analysis company Inrix at the beginning of January. By analyzing a series of data sets, Inrix comes to the conclusion how many hours drivers spend in traffic jams in a year and how much money they end up wasting on fuel.
