Organizer and moderator Ralf Köbler has decided to take a break due to Corona and to invite you to the evenings again in Advent 2021 at the earliest.
DARMSTADT – (aka). The Darmstadt city church cancels its “Krimilust” series in the coming year until further notice. The organizer and moderator Ralf Köbler writes in a press release that he decided “with a heavy heart” to take a break and to invite you to the evenings again in Advent 2021 at the earliest.
Köbler assumes that the corona vaccinations will only be able to show a lasting effect from mid-2021 and therefore “hopefully there will be an oversupply of cultural activities in the second half of the year”. For him, the readings from a Darmstadt crime thriller, which in “Krimilust” is always supplemented by a conversation between the moderator and an expert on questions of crime, are too good for him for video sessions.
Should the foreseeable exceptional Corona situation for culture change against expectations, individual events could possibly be rescheduled at short notice, according to Köbler, who is president of the Darmstadt Regional Court and as a writer himself the author of eight city church crime stories.
