In the green
Christophe Kerbrat (8) : A boss size Kerbrat. The man of the match brought security in defense alongside Hugo Boudin. In front, it is he who is at the origin of the first two strikes of Saint-Brieuc. First on a corner by scoring the 1-0. His half-volley shot was then released by L’Hostis, the Orleans goalkeeper. In the second period, he continued his almost perfect defensive copy.
Hugo Boudin (7): A central hinge of the great evenings allowed the Stade Briochin to win. Hugo Boudin, passer for his friend on the 1-0 goal, could even have scored if Rivollier had not made a mistake. He brought serenity in the duels and quality in the raises.
Mathéo Remars (6): Untenable. The winger drove the defense crazy with his speed and his kidney shots. He causes the expulsion of Halby-Touré and he is a decisive passer for Jean-Pierre on the 2-1 goal. An action he built himself by wiping out half of the defense of Orleans.
In the red
Valentin Lavigne (4): From his right side he was interesting when he combined. What he did not achieve much, often finding himself cornered. He lost many balls and his performance led the collective to favor Remars rather than him during the offensive phases. Replaced by Nassi in the 75th.
Steven Papin (4) : As is often the case with this role, few balloons mean little enhancement. However, Papin was able to keep control of the ball at times but was too little served. He never worried Pattier the whole game. Replaced by Rivollier in the 70th.
Jimmy Halby-Touré (4): From top to flop. Scorer, equalizer, he was especially very active on his right side. His races were hard-hitting and his duels often won. And then the second half was on another level. Remars got the best of him and the right-back decided to stop the winger who left alone on goal.
In the standings, the Stade Briochin achieved an excellent operation, going from 15th to 10th place with 8 points on the clock. For Orléans it is direction 16th place, two notches below. On the 7th day, Orléans will host Annecy, in great shape. For its part, Saint-Brieuc will move to Sète.
