SANTANDER, 19 (EUROPA PRESS)
The indicators of the pandemic in Cantabria remain stable, both in terms of new cases, as well as in incidence or in the number of hospitalized, which are still four, none in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
On yesterday, Saturday, four new cases were registered among people over 60 years of age -the only age group for which the Cantabrian Health Service provides data on community transmission-, which is three less than on the previous day.
In the last week, 44 new cases have been recorded among the elderly, which rise to 89 if the last 15 days are taken into account, according to the latest data from the SCS, corresponding to yesterday’s closing date, Saturday.
The cumulative incidence at 14 days has risen to 51 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, one point more than the previous day, and remains at 25 at seven days, two more. Both parameters are at controlled risk, like Cantabria as a whole.
As for those hospitalized, there are four, the same as the day before, with which hospital occupancy is at 0.3%. In addition, the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) does not have any Covid patients.
Of the total hospitalized, three are in the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital, and one in Laredo.
On the other hand, there are still no new deaths from coronavirus, so they remain at 1,019 since the start of the pandemic.
