AI sustainability company released Stable Diffusion 3.5presenting two versions of their neural network at the same time: Turbo Mòr and Mòr. By the way, the company talked about the development of this update at the beginning of the year.
The flagship version of Large boasts an impressive 8 billion pixels, and the “turbo version” is even capable of creating high-quality images in just four steps. At the same time, very soon, on October 29, the developers promise to release a “light” version of Central with 2.5 billion parameters – this is what is recommended for home computers.
Judging by the developers’ own tests, the new large version is significantly better than the previous Stable Diffusion 3.0 Large and should leave the popular SDXL in the community. True, in terms of image quality it is still inferior to FLUX.1 dev, although it understands user requests better. But the Medium version will be a little weaker than Stable Diffusion 3.0 Large, but it will be able to work on regular computers.
Best of all, all versions of Stable Diffusion 3.5 will remain free for non-commercial use. And small companies with annual revenue of less than a million dollars will be able to use them without paying.
