The track of settling scores is privileged. During the night from Saturday to Sunday, two young men were injured, victims of stab wounds, in La Courneuve (Seine-Saint-Denis). Six people were arrested and taken into police custody.
In a video widely relayed on social networks, we see one of them lying on the ground, and visibly injured in the back, on the sidewalk in front of the police station. The police are busy with at least three other people.
According to the first elements of the investigation, a fight broke out in a recent squat in the city. Knife wounds were exchanged and two minors were injured. There, one of the victims, accompanied by a friend, went to the police station to seek help, and was taken care of by police officers. The man was transported to Avicenne hospital in Bobigny. Its vital prognosis is not engaged.

The police then carried out a search of the squat, and six people were arrested. The cause of the brawl could be linked to a settling of scores between sellers of cigarettes on the sly.
The images of the injured man in front of the police station have largely given rise to interpretations. Especially since at the same time, a young man was seriously injured in Villeneuve-la-Garenne (Hauts-de-Seine), victim of a door knock by a police officer while he was riding a motorcycle .
In many publications, the witnesses of this scene speak of “police blunder”, without the precise circumstances of the drama not yet being precisely known. Sufficient, for some Internet users, to also evoke a police slippage in the case of La Courneuve. One of the authors of the video even mentions a “police shooting”, others claiming that the man on the ground “is dead”.
