During the period of another lockdown, the “MitOhneEuch” campaign aims to show the solidarity between sport and culture – of course without an audience and in compliance with the hygiene concept. Even if professional athletes and professional musicians make a living with their work, they still carry out their respective destiny with passion. And they want to present themselves and their performance – in front of their audience. This desire, this symbiosis of actors and spectators and the missing – that’s what “MitOhneEuch” is all about. It’s about solidarity among those affected. It’s about joining forces between high culture and professional sports, pop culture and niche sports.

The special atmosphere in concerts by the Sächsische Staatskapelle as well as at home games of the ice lions in the EnergieVerbund Arena lives from the enthusiasm of the audience, from emotions and passion – to be able to experience these live again after this pandemic is our big goal. ”
Maik Walsdorf, Managing Director of the Dresdner Eislöwen: “It was a great honor for us to host the start of the“ MitOhneEuch ”campaign and to be able to welcome one of the most traditional ensembles in the world, the Saxon State Orchestra Dresden, to our home venue.
