The Rokycan Military Museum has prepared a program for St. Wenceslas. Visitors will see period camps, technology parades, a veterans exhibition and a fashion show of First Republic dresses. And that’s not all. On Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 1 to 5 p.m., you will see a presentation of the maturity of the army of the First Republic. Entry to the event is free.
“Visitors will see period camps, parades of the army of the First Republic, including historical equipment and weapons, they will be able to discuss with our experts on technology and fortifications, they will see a mobilization exhibition, an exhibition of veterans and First Republic objects. The training of military recruits and competitions are prepared for the children’s visitors, in which they will collect period money so that they can then contribute to the collection for the defense of the republic,” Radka Vávrová invited to the event on behalf of the Rokycany Military Museum. A fashion show of dresses from the First Republic is prepared, especially for ladies.
The end of the program will be dedicated to a more than half-hour combat demonstration at pre-war fortifications with the participation of period equipment and more than 80 members of military history clubs.
