In one of the courtyards of the Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg this evening, a boxer dog stood and barked angrily under the wet snow for at least two hours. It was later taken by two young men, but local residents believe the animal fell into the wrong hands.
A lone boxer tied to a tree was spotted on the evening of October 3 in the yard near house No. 65 on Marshal Blucher Avenue. Posts about him appeared in city public pages.

While the townspeople were discussing the situation and gathering thoughts about how they could help the dog, some young people approached it, picked it up and took it in an unknown direction.
“They took two guys. And they led us towards Burenin along the Blucher. The dog resisted and didn’t want to go with them, then he went,” – an eyewitness wrote in one of the VK groups.
A little later, people who recognized the boxer in the video said on social networks that until recently his owner was a resident of a nearby house. The girl was allegedly detained by police on suspicion of a drug-related crime.
After the dog was left unattended, neighbors found his owner’s friends. They seemed to take him under their wing, but they turned out to be drinkers and unreliable. It was they, according to the locals, who tied the dog to a tree today, and two hours later they took it and took it away.

Meanwhile, in the largest of the city’s public pages of the same social network, “DTP-ChP-SPb”, under the post about the dog, there were many people who wanted to shelter it, both temporarily and permanently. People are worried about the future fate of the boxer, but do not yet understand how to find him now.
