The driving force behind the Korean SsangYong is not only the compact SUV Korando here. This long-term offers attractive equipment with a discount of CZK 30,000, which has now been supplemented by an action on stock cars of the same value. So you will save up to sixty thousand in total. However, the long-term Black Friday for retailers does not end there. The larger Torres also got a discount.
The novelty shares the technology with the Korand, but it is more extravagant in design (even if some of the first-class off-road elements can have a funny effect) and, above all, bigger, so it challenges the Škoda Kodiaq in our country. Torres is powered by a turbocharged 163-horsepower 15-liter gasoline engine that comes standard with a six-speed manual and front-wheel drive. You can pay extra for a six-speed automatic and four-wheel drive.
The price list was already surprising at the launch, as the Torres in the initial Club equipment reduced the basic price below CZK 700,000, while the highest and equipment-laden Premium version cost just over nine hundred thousand. Now, however, SsangYong is coming with a Christmas gift and is discounting the new product across the board by CZK 40,000 if you choose from stock. The promotion is valid until the last day of this year, or until stocks run out.

From the outside, the Torres looks like a pure off-roader, but the off-road elements on its body (for example, the indicated spare wheel cover at the back) are, however, purely aesthetic.
The Club’s basic equipment now costs a great deal 659,900 CZK. It’s no slouch, the car has standard alloy wheels, dual-zone air conditioning, a parking camera and, with an automatic transmission, adaptive cruise control or wireless smartphone charging. For less than fifteen thousand, you can also purchase the Club+ package, which includes heating of the steering wheel and front seats or an interior rearview mirror with automatic dimming.
The higher-end Style is on sale 729,900 CZKeven higher Clever 809,900 CZK and the highest Premium comes to 869,900 CZK. An additional 49,900 CZK is paid for the automatic transmission, the Clever and Premium trims have it as standard. Prepare the same amount for all-wheel drive, with the exception of the entry-level Club equipment, which does not have four-wheel drive.

A direct comparison with the new Kodiaq would be offered. However, he has not yet revealed the price for the basic petrol fifteen-cylinder, we only know the value of the two-liter TDI and we know that you won’t fit under a million.
Paradoxically, the Torres is now even cheaper than the smaller (and also affordable) Škoda Karoq Fresh.
